You can start with no account; create one when you want your tournaments to last.
EasyBracket works anonymously, but anonymous data is tied to one browser. A free account keeps everything across devices; a few premium extras need the Event Pass or Pro.
Settings explained
Anonymous tournaments
Tournaments you create without signing in are saved to your browser only.
When to use: Fine for a quick one-off — but clearing cookies or switching devices loses them, and they expire after 30 days.
Example: A banner reminds you to create an account to keep anonymous tournaments.
Creating an account
Sign up with email and password, or continue with Google or Facebook.
Values: Unlocks public sharing, renaming, team logos, and access from any device. Premium extras like custom links and sponsor banners need the Event Pass or Pro.
When to use: Creating an account from an anonymous session keeps the tournaments you already made.
Free, Pro & the Event Pass
The core is free: create, run, and share tournaments in every format — no account needed to start.
Values: Free (anonymous): up to 5 tournaments, 64 teams. Free (registered): up to 10 tournaments, 128 teams, plus public sharing, renaming, and team logos. Paid: custom links, sponsor banners, hiding or replacing the watermark, and participant reporting — plus up to 256 teams with Pro.
When to use: The Event Pass (€1.99) unlocks the extras for one tournament; Pro (€4.99/mo) unlocks them on all of yours and lifts the limits.
Timezone
Controls how match times are displayed to you.
Values: Automatic (detected) or a specific timezone.
When to use: Set it in Account → Preferences so scheduled times show correctly.
Linked accounts
Connect Google or Facebook for more ways to sign in.
When to use: Manage from Account → Linked Accounts. Keep at least one sign-in method active.
Email & password
Change your display name, email, or password from Account settings.
When to use: Changing your password signs out all other sessions; a new email must be verified before it takes effect.
Deleting data
Delete a single tournament from its Config → Danger Zone, or your whole account from Account → Danger Zone.
When to use: Account deletion permanently removes your account and all its tournaments. This can't be undone.
