Sharing & spectators
Share one link and anyone can follow the bracket live — no account needed to watch.
Sharing is controlled from Config → Share. Public viewers see scores and standings update automatically but can't edit anything.
Settings explained
Public / private
Turns the public share page on or off.
Values: Private (only you) · Public (anyone with the link).
When to use: Make it public before sharing the link or a QR code at your venue.
Custom link
A custom, readable slug for the public URL instead of a random one.
Values: 3–50 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
When to use: Included with the Event Pass or Pro. Great for printed materials.

QR code
A downloadable QR code that opens the public page.
When to use: Print it or show it on a screen at the venue so people can follow along on their phones.
Live auto-refresh
The public page checks for changes about once a minute and refreshes when something updates.
When to use: No action needed — spectators never reload manually; a live strip highlights in-progress matches.
Participant result reporting
Lets anyone with the share link submit the result of a match. A submission never touches the bracket on its own — it queues a report that you accept or dismiss from the bracket page. If a later report names a different winner, it is flagged as Disputed, so a disagreement between two teams surfaces instead of the last submission quietly overwriting the first.
Values: On / Off (off by default). Public sharing must be on, since reporting happens on the share page.
When to use: Turn it on for a big event, where typing every score yourself is the bottleneck: your job shrinks from entering results to tapping Accept. Leave it off when you want sole control. Nothing a stranger submits can reach the bracket without your approval, so the worst they can do is leave a line in your queue for you to dismiss.
Example: Two teams finish on court 3. One of them opens the share link and reports 2–1, and "Reported results 1" appears above your bracket. You tap Accept and the winner advances exactly as if you had entered the score yourself.
Exports
Export the schedule and standings for offline use.
Values: Schedule: Excel, PDF, or print. Standings: CSV.
When to use: Use PDF/print for a venue handout, Excel/CSV for your own records.
