EasyBracket.gg ("we", "us") operates easybracket.gg. By using the service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
EasyBracket.gg is a tournament bracket tool with a free core and optional paid features. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if a change removes something you have paid for, we will tell you in advance where we can.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Event Pass is a one-off purchase that unlocks premium features for a single tournament. Pro is a monthly subscription that unlocks them for all your tournaments.
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record: it sells the purchase to you and handles payment and tax. Polar's own terms apply to the checkout.
Pro renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If a free trial is offered, you are not charged until it ends.
The Event Pass and Pro start as soon as you buy them, so payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise — for example, the withdrawal rights consumers in the EU/EEA or the UK may have. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyBracket.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will email subscribers before it takes effect.
